Most of our Scottish hotels and houses will be available to select guests during a few weeks of the year, so reservations well in advance are essential.

At each venue, you’ll find that the team has the sole objective of ensuring your visit is special and a total success. And exclusive use of the ‘house’ offers much more flexibility of arrangements and timings. Indeed the advantages are obvious - you need not worry about disturbing other guests, nor will they disturb you - the timing of meals can be fitted around your programme, giving you every opportunity to enjoy the ambience of the Hotel or house, the local area, and your friends, fellow guests or family to the full. How about breakfast at 11.00am? No problem, our properties will attend to all your requirements, they are there for you.

With full use of the hotel facilities and grounds, the hotels and houses can be reserved for the day or for longer.

As a guide, for the smallest properties a minimum of 6-8 guests is required. Prices are usually on application.
