Nestled in the Heart of Highland Perthshire, Kinloch House was built in 1840, a fine example of a Scottish country house with oak-panelled hall and staircase leading to the first floor galleries. The Hotel has an exceptional reputation for providing one of the finest country house experiences available in Scotland. This 5 star mansion has been awarded 3 Rossettes using only the finest Scottish produce.

There are 21 rooms, including four ground floor, and two suites. All have private facilities and are individually and traditionally furnished. The house abounds with antiques and fine paintings and is surrounded by gardens including a Victorian walled garden within it. There is also a well-equipped health and fitness centre. Over 30 golf courses can be reached within a one-hour drive. The Cocktail bar, with adjacent lounge and conservatory, is a focal point and meeting place; wherein one will find over 155 malt whiskies on offer. Dining at Kinloch House is regarded as the 'signature' to a perfect day, with a menu which changes daily, offering an extensive choice of dishes all skilfully prepared by Head Chef Bill McNicoll and his brigade, and a wine list which admirably complements it.

Guinach House is an Edwardian Country House set in two acres of well kept gardens and lies at the foot of the 'Birks o' Aberfeldy', immortalized by Robbie Burns.

We are within a few minutes walk of the charming town of Aberfeldy and provide a perfect base for touring the traditional 'Heart of Scotland'.

All our rooms have their own style and character, with mountain views to match, and are tastefully finished and furnished for your stay to be one of comfort and relaxation. They are luxurious and sumptuous and were completely refurbished in Spring 2004; they feature en-suite bathrooms with stand-alone baths or walk-in showers. Each room is supplied with an entertainment system.
