Treat the hotel or house as your home for a period of time, without distractions from other guests. Be ‘Lord and Lady of the Manor’ for a day or two, with the whole of the house at your disposal.

Maximum accommodation varies dependent on the property. For example at Knockinaam Lodge it would be for 8 single guests, double or sharing for 18. Whilst at Dunalastair it would be for 28 single guests, double or sharing for 54. The properties will be delighted to provide further details.
The bedrooms can of course be relet to your guests to reduce the exclusive use fee. And exclusive use really means what it says – your own exclusive, personal staff and executive chef for the duration of your stay.
Exclusive use naturally offers much more flexibility of arrangements and timings. Allowing you to truly create your very own and intimate wedding house-party. Allowing you and your guests to enjoy the magical romantic charm of the beautiful countryside surroundings which await you - and totally unwind, well away from the stresses of everyday life.
